The service is confidential and your information will remain private. However, if it is assessed that you might risk your own or others safety, there is a legal requirement for this to be disclosed to an appropriate third party. There are also reporting requirements depending on how you were referred to the service. This will be discussed with you prior to any information being released. Any information collected about you during your service will be securely retained as required by the Psychology Board of Australia.
